Ladies, here comes the most important part...
tips for ever after beauty..well sort of:
- Apply MOISTURIZER day and night. (check! I just went to Boots and I bought all the skincare products that I could find)
-NEVER EVER sleep with your make up on. (NEVER EVER)
-SUNBLOCK, everyday coz sun exposure=early wrinkles! (check)
- Wear SHADES, they protect your eyes and reduce wrinkles around your eyes. (another excuse for buying another pair;p)
-EXERCISE (hmmm)
-Avoid STRESS(wallah a7awel bs magdar)
- RELAX (If I'm stressed how am I supposed to relax??)
-Eat HEALTHY FOOD (lots and lots of antoxidants)
-LAUGH (Me: HAHAHAAAAAAA,
El Waldah: el the7ek min ghair sebab Qelat adab)
-Fall in LOVE, it will make you glow. (sure coz thats the easiest thing to do!)
-Drink WATER (8 glasses a day) (so I guess nature will be calling alot, ha?)
-Get your 8 hour BEAUTY SLEEP. (another excuse for arriving late for lectures!)
Will it work?? I guess I have to wait 20 years to see the results!
