I used both, was a fan of the iphone, still am actually, yet the bb has way more functionality and it is more compatible to work related stuff, like documents, and actually syncing it to the system.

anyways i always thought Nokia was the best laima i moved to the BB - al7een 3araft kil 3yoobeh - especially ilsoftware wil ta3leeg

I can go on and on about this for half an hour, but it really depends on your usage and expectations from a phone.
Do you use (or care) about email on your phone? (BB & iphone)
Do you care enough to receive your email on your phone immediately, as fast as an SMS? (BB only)
Do you like getting hundreds of free/useful/silly applications quickly and easily? (iPhone)
and as someone mentioned here, there's a full keyboard on BB, whereas a touchscreen kb on the iphone.
Other than that, they're mostly similarly featured. Btw there are offers on both, let me know if you want to buy one of em so I can share the details
